About the Role
The purpose of this role is to provide excellent digital services by delivering collaborative and broad-based systems and technical support services to MidCentral District Health Board. This role will be required to maintain a domain of specialty knowledge and mentor/support others to develop their skills in this area whilst actively pursuing development into other domains of specialty.
You will have a passion for exceeding customer expectations and getting stuff done. You will be able to act as the routine contact point, receiving and handling requests for support and responding to a broad range of service requests. You will be constantly looking for opportunities to improve the services we provide and work collaboratively across Digital Services and across MidCentral DHB. Your sense of humour, energy and drive will be infectious across the team to support the change in culture and modernise how we deliver. Your flexibility to work towards delivery of agile solutions which may extend to working after hours or additional hours to ensure deadlines are met will be evident.
