MidCentral District Health Board actively seeks Māori into our workforce to reflect the community we serve.
A permanent position is available for a highly motivated Health Professional to join the Care Capacity Demand Management (CCDM) Team at MidCentral Health as a TrendCare Coordinator. 
The role will be 32 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
TrendCare is a patient acuity and workforce management tool which is a foundation of the CCDM Programme. The TrendCare Coordinator will take a lead role in providing coordination, facilitation, planning, communication and support for the ongoing enhancement of the current systems. This role works as part of the CCDM team within the Integrated Operations Centre to support delivery of high quality outcomes for the organisation, its staff and patients.

To achieve success in joining this motivated team you must be conversant with TrendCare or have a sound understanding of patient acuity systems.  
The successful applicant will need to have:
  • Current New Zealand APC
  • Registered Nurse or Registered Midwife with no restrictions
  • Professional Portfolio at Level 4 or QLP at leadership level. Evidence of working towards completion will be considered
  • Appropriate post graduate qualification or working towards
  • Experience in senior leadership
  • Highly skilled at teaching and coaching
  • Advanced computer skills
  • Ability to analyse data
