We are looking for Registered Nurses or Enrolled Nurses to join the team at STAR 4 Horowhenua Health Centre based in Levin, 45 minutes away from Palmerston North Hospital.
Hours of work are part time working rostered shifts.

STAR 4 is a 20 bed rehabilitation ward for patients 16 years and over in the Horowhenua Health Centre, Levin, although most patients are over 65 years old. It is part of the MidCentral DHB Healthy Ageing and Rehabilitation (HAR) Cluster based in Palmerston North and has links to the Community Elder Health Team. STAR 4 cares for a multitude of health consumers including palliative and end of life.

- A current Annual Practicing Certificate
- Meeting the requirements of the NZ Nursing Council to practice
- The ability to adapt easily in a changing environment
- The ability to be flexible and prioritise
- The ability to work effectively within a team
- Excellent communication and assessment skills
- The ability to function independently within the scope of practice
- A high degree of physical capacity
