Full time positions are available with our newly developed Acute Care Team located with the Community Mental Health Services on the Palmerston North Hospital Campus.
The Acute Care Team provides 24 hour a day crisis referral triage and resolution to the population of the DHB.
We are seeking to employ motivated and enthusiastic registered nurses and mental health professionals who wish to work within a developing busy multi disciplinary team that actively promotes recovery focused care within a clinical governance framework.
Applicants will need to provide evidence of having proficient skills, up to date knowledge and experience in working with mental health consumers.
