Medical Imaging is looking for a suitably qualified technologist to join a small team delivering Nuclear Medicine services to the region.
If you have a high level of motivation, excellent interpersonal skills, an interest in assisting in all aspects of the operation of the nuclear medicine department and are willing to participate in supporting the Nuclear Medicine student, then you are who we are looking for.
The department operates two Siemens gamma cameras and performs a wide range of imaging procedures as well as some in vivo studies and therapy work.
The position will be 40 hours per week, day time hours Monday to Friday and includes an on call commitment for evenings and weekends.
The successful applicant will be a New Zealand Registered Medical Radiation Technologist with a current Annual Practicing Certificate in the scope of Nuclear Medicine preferably with some post graduate practical experience.
