We are seeking an experienced leader with a “can-do” attitude for this Service Manager role.
About the Role
This Specialist Service provides General AOD and Opioid Substitution Programmes to the MidCentral DHB District. The service is based at the Palmerston North Hospital campus with permanent outreach services across the district.
As the Service Manager you will lead a well-established and high performing team to effectively deliver the key operational responsibilities of the service with a strong focus on improvement that includes expanding community based care. You will be a motivated, experienced and qualified mental health and addictions registered nurse or allied health professional with highly developed assessment, planning, treatment, and evaluation skills.
You will have experience working within a cultural competence framework and in partnership with the person and family/whanau with a strong focus on promoting participation, wellness and recovery. You will bring highly developed relational and clinical leadership skills, a practical can-do attitude and a willingness to push the boundaries.
