This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified and broadly experienced Anaesthetic Technician who has the skills and enthusiasm to lead our Anaesthetic Technician team into the future.  We have an experienced team of Anaesthetic Technicians who are looking for a leader who will role model professionalism, excellence in practice and nurture a culture within the team that is congruent with the values of our organisation.
 
The successful applicant will have demonstrated team leadership and management skills, be an excellent listener and communicator, and be committed to working closely and cooperatively with the senior anaesthetic and operating theatre teams to maintain a culture of safe patient-focused service delivery.  A “can-do”, positive attitude is essential, together with the ability to work as an effective and supportive member of the multi-disciplinary teams within the operating theatre environment.
 
This is a full time position involving rostered shifts and helping on the on call roster when required.
