Based in the Community Village on the Palmerston North Hospital site, this is a key role within the Mental Health Acute Care Service providing reception, administration and typing support to the Team.
The position requires someone with a high level of personal organisation, excellent communication skills and the ability to prioritise and respond flexibly to a busy work environment. The ability to develop and maintain effective office systems and processes is central to this role.  
The hours of work are 32 hours, working Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday between 8am to 4.30pm.
If you are an experienced typist and capable administrator with office management experience, skilled in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook, highly organized, respond well to changing priorities, then we would welcome your application for this challenging and diverse role.
