We are seeking a highly motivated, efficient and enthusiastic person to lead the Team of Administrators working within the outpatient clinics at Palmerston North Hospital.
 
This role will be responsible for the day to day oversight of the staff booking patients for outpatient appointments, procedures, and the ongoing management of the waiting lists and communication with the Clinical Teams across the organisation.
 
The successful applicant will be professional, have a strong administration background with excellent communication skills, ability to multi task and possess exceptional organisation skills. This person must also have proven skills in a leadership capacity.
