Midwifery Grants
Midwifery Education Grants are available for:
Midwifery at Palmerston North Hospital.
Category 1. Those preparing to become registered midwives and work in MidCentral District Health Board (MDHB), as well as women undertaking a Childbirth Education Course which will contribute to the education of pregnant women in MDHB.
To apply for this education grant complete and submit the completed application form.
Category 2. Registered Midwives working in MDHB in an employed or self-employed capacity who are undertaking a continuing education course or postgraduate education or research.
To apply for this education grant complete and submit the completed application form.
Applicants must know how their proposed course of study or research contributes to the goals of the MDHB Maternity Services Strategy.
