STAR 2 is an Assessment Treatment and Rehabilitation ward that has 24 beds dedicated to provide rehabilitation services for adults both < 65 years and > 65 years with a variety of needs relating to Assessment Treatment and Rehabilitation.
We are seeking to employ Level 2-3 Registered Nurses who would like to develop their skills within a restorative, rehabilitation service. The positions involve ongoing professional development opportunities and will be working with a supportive team environment that includes working alongside a multi-disciplinary team.
