Asset Management
MidCentral DHB allocates approximately $12 million each financial year to purchase and replace clinical equipment, buildings, and information technology to maintain and enhance the services it provides. This is called "capital expenditure".
It has developed an Asset Management Plan which outlines its capital expenditure plan for the next 10 years, with particular focus on the first five years.
