Infrastructure

As a District Health Board, MidCentral DHB has a huge range of buildings, equipment and information systems. These form the infrastructure for services and decision-making. Replacement and investment in new assets and informations systems is planned, and this is documented in the DHB's Asset Management Plan and its Information Systems Strategic Plan.

Asset Management

MidCentral DHB allocates approximately $12 million each financial year to purchase and replace clinical equipment, buildings, and information technology to maintain and enhance the services it provides.
