Cancer and Palliative Care District Group
The Cancer and Palliative Care District Group is focused on improving the provision of health services to cancer patients and their families/whanau through optimised service development and delivery processes.
Progress to Date
Dr Bart Baker has been selected Chair of this Group which meets the first Tuesday of each month at the Regional Cancer Treatment Service. The work of the Group is focused on improving the provision of health services to local and regional populations through optimised service development and delivery processes. It will act as the local District Group in the context of the Central Cancer Network.
