Smokefree Sites

MidCentral District Health Board (MDHB) is ‘Smokefree’. Smokefree means that smoking is not permitted in any MDHB's buildings, car parks or on grounds. Patients who choose to leave the hospital site to smoke will be advised of the potential risks associated with their medical condition and treatment, and that the organisation cannot be held responsible while they are off-site.

If you want help to quit smoking MidCentral DHB offer a Quit Smoking Service.
