Compliments can be written directly to the area concerned or through the Customer Relations Coordinator. Any compliments received in this way are forwarded to the Group Manager of the service so that the area or staff member can be recognised for their good work. Compliments are also read out at Quality Improvement Meetings. The Customer Relations Coordinator receives four-times more compliments than complaints.
