Citrix & SharedNet Access
Citrix and SharedNet has been upgraded recently to ensure security is maintained. This means the computer you are using might need to be updated to be able to successfully login. If you are having issues, you may need to do one or both of the following:
Reinstall Citrix Receiver
Citrix may need to be uninstalled from your PC and reinstalled. If you require any help to do this please ring the ServiceDesk on x8000 or 06 350 8000.
Delete your browser's (Internet Explorer) temporary internet cache.
Exit Internet Explorer;
Select Start > Control Panel (Windows 10 right-click Start and choose Control Panel) and then double-click Internet Options;
On the General tab, select Delete Files under Browsing History;
Untick the "Preserve Favorites Website Data";
In the Delete Files dialog box, click Delete. Click OK.
Download a DigiCert certificate.
The following browsers are supported when accessing MidCentral DHB applications/systems. Please ensure your browser is up-to-date:
- Internet Explorer (IE) 11+
- Latest versions of Google Chrome or Firefox
- Mobile devices may work for some features
