MidCentral District Health Board to Hold Public Forum at Start of Dannevirke Meeting

The MidCentral District Health Board is holding an open forum in Dannevirke on Tuesday (19 April 2011) from 10am to about 11am at the start of its normal monthly board meeting.

The forum is an opportunity for members of the public to discuss health issues with the chairman, board members, and the MDHB senior management team and to ask any questions and put forward ideas. 

The Central Primary Health Organisation (PHO) will make a presentation to the meeting, updating their work in the district.

The public forum is the first of four the board intends to hold around its region this year. Others are planned for Feilding 0n 21 June, Levin on 16 August, and Palmerston North on 18 October.

The board meeting on 19 April will be held at the Tararua District Council Chambers, 26 Gordon Street, Dannevirke, starting at 10am with the forum.
