MidCentral District Health Board to Hold Public Forum at Start of Levin Meeting

The MidCentral District Health Board is holding an open forum in Levin on Tuesday 16 August 2011 from 10am to about 11am at the start of its normal monthly board meeting.

The forum is an opportunity for members of the public to discuss health issues with the chairman, board members, and the MDHB senior management team and to ask any questions and put forward ideas. 

The Central Primary Health Organisation (PHO) will make a presentation to the meeting, updating their work in the district.
The public forum is the third of four the board intends to hold around its region this year. The last one is planned for Palmerston North on 18 October. The others were held in Dannevirke in April and Feilding in June.

The board meeting on 16 August will be held at the Horowhenua District Council Chambers, 126-148 Oxford Street, Levin, starting at 10am with the forum.
