MidCentral District Health Board to Hold Public Forum at Start of Otaki Meeting

The MidCentral District Health Board is holding an open forum in Otaki on Tuesday 18 August 2009 from 10am to about 11am at the start of its normal monthly board meeting.

The forum is an opportunity for the public to discuss health issues with Board Members, and the MDHB senior management team and to ask any questions and put forward ideas.  It is also an opportunity for the Otaki, and Horowhenua Primary Health Organisations (PHOs) to make presentations about their work to the board, and public.

Already this year the board has held similar forums before board meetings in Feilding and Palmerston North and in October will meet in Eketahuna.

The meeting will be on Tuesday, 18 August 2009 at the Otaki Memorial Hall, Main Street, Otaki, starting at 10am.
