Members of the public are invited to an open forum at the start of MidCentral District Health Board’s meeting in Levin on Tuesday 22 May.
This meeting will be held in the Memorial Hall, corner Queen and Chamberlain Streets, Levin, with the public forum from 10am to 11am approximately.
It provides an opportunity for people to ask questions and discuss health issues with the board members and the DHB’s executive leadership team.
“The Board holds at least one of its eight meetings each year in the Horowhenua/Otaki area and enjoys the opportunity to talk with people in the communities,” said MidCentral DHB chief executive officer Kathryn Cook.
“Our conversations usually canvass a wide range of topics and we look forward to seeing what this year’s forum brings.”
Members of the public are welcome to attend all DHB board and committee meetings, usually held in the Board Office at the Palmerston North Hospital campus. Agendas are available on the DHB’s website www.midcentraldhb.govt.nz/orderpaper, published two working days ahead of each meeting. Printed copies are available at the meetings.
