With the completion of the new Feilding Health Care centre, MidCentral DHB services will now be relocating from the old Clevely Centre next door.
The move to the new facility will be exciting for the services, and it is important that everyone knows where they can be found.
Moving of office and clinic furniture began on Saturday 27 February.
From Monday 29 February, Public Health, Mental Health, District Nursing and Women’s Health services will be operating from the new premises.
This will be a busy few days for mental health services staff as the service moves to its new location, but staff hope to have everything up and running as soon as possible. Mental Health services can still be contacted on (06) 323 3631. As always, for those requiring mental health advice and support, this can be gained through the 24 hour mental health line on: 0800 111 757.
Public Health services will now operate out of the centre, and you can contact the Public Health nursing, or vision hearing screening team on (06) 350 4560 or 0800 153 042.
Women’s Health services will continue as normal, with all appointments being booked via midwives.
