There are a huge variety of different jobs at MidCentral District Health Board, in addition to doctors and nurses, and these will all again be highlighted at this year’s Sort It careers expo in Palmerston North this month.

MDHB will be promoting more than 30 different health professions including social workers, medical physicists, anaesthetic technicians, cardiac physiologists, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, clinical coders, plus many more including doctors and nurses.

Sort It, will be based at Central Energy Trust Stadium on Pascal Street, on Thursday 18 May between 9.30am-3.30pm and 6pm to 8pm.

It is designed for students, school leavers, recent graduates, people wanting a career change, people wanting to re-enter the workforce, and new residents to the region.

The focus is on showcasing industry, training and educational pathways. It brings employers, educators and training providers together, providing people with a wide array of information and contacts.
