BreastScreen Coast to Coast will close on 22 December and re-open on 8 January

BreastScreen Coast to Coast, in Amesbury St, will be taking a break between Christmas and New Year, returning on Monday, 8th January.

Any women worried about their breast health during this time can contact their GP, after-hours clinic, or Healthline 0800 611 116 for advice.
 
Women wanting to make a booking for the new year or to leave a message over the Christmas/New Year period can do so by calling 0800 270 200 or emailing  BreastScreen@midcentraldhb.govt.nz .  The BreastScreen Coast to Coast team will respond to all messages on their return.
 
From 9 am Tuesday 9th January the BSCC Mobile Unit will be based at Bush Multisport Park, 57 Huxley Street, PAHIATUA. This is the second time that BSCC has visited this venue and it will be there until Tuesday 30 January offering breast screening services for women of the Tararua area.
 
All women in Tararua are encouraged to take time to be screened.
 
Breast screening is free for women aged 45 to 69 years, call 0800 270 200 to book an appointment.
