Under the Psychoactive Substances Act 2013, it’s illegal to sell any psychoactive substances until they are proven to be of low risk. Retailers and wholesalers can apply for a licence; however, there are currently no approved products or licenced retailers, making these products and sales illegal.

Find out more about the regulation of psychoactive substances on the Psychoactive Substances Regulatory Authority website.
