General x-rays (Plain X-ray imaging, e.g. Chest, hand, knees etc.) with a referral from the patient’s doctor, require no preparation and are available on a walk-in basis (no bookings required) at the following days/times.
Body
- Monday: 8 am to 4pm
- Tuesday: 8 am to 4pm
- Wednesday: 9.30 am to 4 pm
- Thursday: 9.30am to 4pm
- Friday: 8 am to 4pm
All other procedures (CT, Nuclear Medicine, Ultrasound, MRI, Special Procedures) require an appointment, and must be referred by a GP or a Private Specialist. The patient will be contacted by mail or phone of their proposed appointment date and time.
After hours
Medical Imaging staff are on call for urgent services to the Wards and Emergency Department.
