Surgical Services

Most surgeries are performed at Palmerston North Hospital where there are seven operating theatres, a 12-bed Post Anaesthetic Care Unit and a Day of Surgery Admission area.
A six-bed surgical short stay unit is available if you are having a minor procedure and need to stay for one night.
