Travelling from out of Town

Many patients travel from throughout the lower North Island to have radiation therapy.  RCTS Radation Oncology provides radiation therapy care to people in the Manawatu, Taranaki, Hawkes Bay, Wanganui, Gisborne, Horowhenua and Wairarapa.

Accommodation is available for people from out of town.  Travel assistance is available via shuttles, volunteer drivers or financial assistance.  The travel assistance available depends on the location you are travelling from, the times and the frequency you travel.

Shuttles run from Hawkes Bay, Taranaki and Horowhenua areas.
