STAR Ward 2: Elder
STAR Ward 2 is a 25 bed ward that provides assessment, treatment and rehabilitation for older adult patients.

Working toward recovery
STAR Ward 2 also assesses both the physical and mental abilities of older adult patients. Occupational therapists, physiotherapists, social workers, speech language therapists and other services are available to support the older adult patient. The ward has an outdoor area for patients to enjoy. Each day patients are encouraged to dress and be out of bed.

The ward is located in the Services for Treatment, Assessment and Rehabilitation (STAR) Centre.
