STAR Ward 1: Psychogeriatric
STAR Ward 1 is a 15 room ward that provides assessment, treatment and rehabilitation for older adult patients, including those with mental health issues.

More About Star Ward 1
STAR Ward 1 assesses both the physical and mental abilities of older adult patients. Occupational therapists, physiotherapists, social workers, speech language therapists and other services are available to support the older adult patient. The ward also has two secure outdoor areas for patients to enjoy, and, six of its 15 rooms are single allowing for a higher level of patient observation. Each day patients are encouraged to dress and be out of bed.
