Adolescents in the MidCentral district are entitled to a yearly dental check and basic routine treatment from their first year at high-school (Year 9) until the age of 18.
MidCentral DHB Adolescent Dental Services
An adolescent mobile caravan is staffed by two therapists and travels around local high schools. Most adolescents have their dental needs met by this mobile clinic.
The area covered includes Palmerston North, Otaki and Feilding.
