    BreastScreen Coast to Coast (BSCC)


    One of eight lead providersfor theMinistry of Health's National programme - BreastScreen Aotearoa - is BreastScreen Coast to Coast (BSCC) which covers the Taranaki, Whanganui, Hawke's Bay, Tairawhiti and MidCentral District Health Boards.

  • Child Health


    Secondary care services for children in the MidCentral District including information about MidCentral Health's neonatal unit.

  • Clinical Support


    MidCentral Health is clinically supported by radiology, nuclear medicine and pharmacy departments based at Palmerston North Hospital. Laboratory services for Palmerston North Hospital and Horowhenua Health Centre are provided by Medlab Central.

    Cancer treatment services are provided to patients in Taranaki, Whanganui, Tarawhiti, Hawkes Bay and MidCentral District Health Boards by the Regional Cancer Treatment Service (RCTS).
