  • Provide as much information as you can to help us answer your enquiry. If you have a lot of text, please attach a file.
  • Enquiries/feedback will be processed as soon as possible – usually the same day (Monday to Friday).
  • This service is available between 8am to 5pm New Zealand time (+12 GMT or +13 GMT daylight savings) Monday to Friday. Enquiries sent in the weekend will be processed the following Monday.
  • You should receive an acknowledgment confirming your enquiry/feedback has been received. If you don't receive an email, please check your junk email folder.
  • If you require further assistance, please email the Communications Unit or refer to the Contacting Services/Departments page for a telephone number.
