Background Information
The centralAlliance (Central Alliance) back office and support services project has been tasked with looking at support services that can be shared between both MidCentral and Whanganui DHBs. Initial focus has been across human resources, payroll, commercial support and information technology services.
Progess and Updates
Commercial Support Services.
The Commercial Support Service work project is progressing well. MidCentral and Whanganui DHBs have developed an integrated Facilities Management and Hotel Services model for the joint provision of services. A structure has been established to guide the Project through the process.
