MidCentral DHB’s structure is based on its three functions - provider, planning/purchasing and corporate.

The Divisions
It has a “provider” division and “planning/purchasing” division. Providing support services to both “provider” and “planning/purchasing” division is “corporate” services. For each division there is lead management person and a Board governance function.
