Conflict of Interest Statement
My daughter is currently employed by the Auckland District Health Board (DHB) as Acute Surgical Nurse Specialist.
To the best of my knowledge and belief, I have no other conflicts of interest with the DHB at the date of my notice of consent to being nominated as a candidate for the membership of the board of MidCentral DHB.
I do not believe that any conflicts of interest are likely to arise in the future, other than my daughter's continued employment by the Auckland DHB.
