Conflict of Interest Statement
I am currently a Horizons Regional Councillor and Trustee of Electra.
To the best of my knowledge and belief, I have no other conflicts of interest with MidCentral District Health Board at the date of my notice of consent to being nominated as a candidate for membership of the Board of the District Health Board. I do not believe that any conflicts of interest are likely to arise in the future.
