Meeting Dates

The Board and Committees (Community & Public Health and Hospital Advisory) meet every six weeks, for a total of eight times each per year. The Disability Advisory Committee meets three times per year.

Board and Committee meetings are held on a Tuesday.

Meeting Dates, Time & Venue

Meetings are held in the Board Room, MidCentral DHB – Board Office, Gate 2, Heretaunga Street, Palmerston North unless otherwise stated. An order paper (agenda) is available for each meeting. Following the meeting, minutes are also available.

Please note that the there has been a change in the scheduled date for the Hospital Advisory Committee and the Community & Public Health Advisory Committee meetings to be held in February 2012. These meetings will now be held on Monday, 13 February (and not 31 January as originally scheduled).
